These are just a few blatant observations of misinformation pushed by the left leaning politicians and their puppets - the mainstream media. The letters "AR" as used in AR-15 do not mean Assault Rifle or Automatic Rifle. A semi-automatic firearm is not a "machine-gun". An AR-15 is not a weapon of war although it does resemble similarly designed control functions and are often chambered in the .223 Remington cartridge which is very similar to the 5,56 x 45 mm NATO round which is an intermediate rifle cartridge on the low end suitable for varmit and up to medium predator animal category, For comparison, the standard soldier issue round was a round comparable to the 30-06 round which is still used in the hunting of large and dangerous game. Thus, it is rarely survivable when used against a human. Thirty round AR-15 magazines are not excessive large capacity magazines. They are standard capacity magazines issued with the AR pattern rifles. This subject could go on and on and we provide and extensive list refuting untruths but it is definitely not all inclusive.
